Sunlight strikes a single daisy, its soft petals set against the aqua glow of a Ball jar. I’m drawn to these simple arrangements—the way light moves through glass and transforms an ordinary moment into something quietly luminous. In painting this piece, I wanted to hold onto that fleeting intersection of light, color, and stillness.
